Works well with good shipping concerning recent events. It use UV-C which I have read can get rid 99.9% of known germs and bacteria and is used in many hospitals.
I personally love this product and it seems perfect with the current Covid situation especially since we might travel (safely of course), and this could help us keep safe.
With the current situation I realized how important it is to stay clean and with many reports coming out on how phones and many common items are full of germs and many countries requiring people to wear masks I decided to purchase this product. It does take a while to clean my bed around 20-30 minutes but I leave it in remote mode and it works on its own. It seems to follow its own pattern but it gets the whole bed well. I also use it on many other items like my mask, keys, phone, laptop, and kids toys which saves me money. Although there is no way to prove if it works it does use UV-C light which is used by many hospitals and is known to kill germs, bacteria, and dust mite. I also can use it to charge my phone, which I do not do but could be useful for when I travel. I did read comments saying that it has been falling off the bed but it seems to depend on the bed type, I personally haven't had problems. Anyway I really like it and am happy with the purchase not to mention fast shipping.
It works well for now and good shipping. I love product and use it everyday to sanitize my stuff.
So far so good, I bought one a week ago and just have one issue if the bed has a curve it falls down. However, it works as advertised and manual mode also is good.
